Responsibilities:
* Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment according to Company preventative maintenance program
* Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service
* Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
* Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines
* Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
* Diagnose problems, replace or repair broken or damaged equipment, test and make adjustments
* Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment including PLC's, mechanical components, power supplies, drives, and test equipment
* Document maintenance activities by means of manual documents, computer data entry, and equipment identification
* Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
* Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
* Notify Supervision of equipment irregularities, investigate repetitive failures and recommend solutions
* Perform other duties as requested by Supervisior
* Proficiency with robotics a plus
