We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Financial Services Sales Representative to join our expanding sales team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in generating revenue for our financial products and services, while providing an excellent customer experience.

*Key Responsibilities:*
*Prospect and Client Engagement:*Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to assess financial needs.
Promote and sell various financial products and services to potential clients.
Schedule and conduct meetings with clients and potential clients.
*Product Knowledge: *Stay updated with the latest financial products, services, and market trends.
Educate clients about the benefits, terms, and conditions of the products or services on offer.
*Sales Target: *Achieve or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets.
Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
*Customer Service: *Resolve client inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure client satisfaction.
*Continuous Learning: *Attend training sessions, seminars, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
* Previous sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
* Strong understanding of financial products and services.
* Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
* Must be licensed or willing to obtain necessary licenses for selling specific financial products.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.
00 - $200,000.
