Outside Sales Representative will act as an ambassador for Brickworks North America, maintaining good relationships with the existing customer base, as well as targeting new business opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:
Establish accounts and long term relationships with home builders, designers, architects, engineers, general contractors, masons, and landscapers.
Drive sales through strategic product placement and awareness
Consistently achieve sales account prospecting and development
Educate and inform on Brickworks masonry, hardscape and cladding product.
New Product Awareness/Launches
Hands on Demonstrations when Needed
Help in Estimating if Needed
Job site visits and consulting
Establish Lunch and Learns with existing and new customers
Write and monitor sales opportunities, quotes, and orders
Coordinate with purchasing, customer service, dispatch, yard staff and other Southfield employees throughout the sales process
Effectively communicate with manufacturer reps and plants on products, product availability, and execution of orders
Work hard to meet personal and team sales goals, quotas, and deliverables
Attend meetings, sales events, and training sessions - Some evening and overnight travel to be required occasionally
Develop sales forecast on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Report and provide feedback to management team
Understand, learn, report, and potentially develop new trends within the industry
Work hand in hand with store operations and supply help where needed

Education/Experience:
A masonry, hardscape, and or sales background would be beneficial but not required.
