*Transaction Coordinator* Our team is growing! The RGroup Real Estate is one of the top producing teams in the county! We need more talent and are developing a successful support team to make sure we provide the best service and experience for our clients in the home buying and selling process.

If you are looking for a position that has the ability to transform into an incredible career, we want to hear from you! * Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
* Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan and appraisal processes.
* Coordinate inspections, assist in negotiations regarding repairs, and coordinate completion of repairs.
* Regularly update & maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender etc.
* Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
* Coordinate moving/possession schedules.
* Schedule, coordinate & attend closing process.
* Input all client information into client database system.
* Request testimonials & maintain testimonials * Maintain preferred supplier list * Schedule 30 Day, 90 Day & 120 Day client customer service follow up calls to assist with any home improvement provider recommendations and to ask for referrals.
* Other tasks, as assigned.

* Willingness to train on team and Keller Williams processes.
* Strong attention to detail.

* Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring.

* Advanced understanding of computers and navigating the internet * Organized, systematic and detail-oriented.
* Excellent typing skills.
* Communicates effectively in written and verbal form.
*A Real Estate license is not necessary.
* *This position is flexible - can work from home or the office, hours are flexible and includes night and weekend hours, if needed.
* Job Types: Part time, Hourly Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.
