Outside/Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities: - Conduct sales activities, including cold calling and outbound calling, to generate leads and secure new customers - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers - Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Present and demonstrate products or services to customers - Negotiate contracts and terms of sales agreements - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals Skills: - Excellent customer service skills to build and maintain relationships - Ability to negotiate effectively to close deals - Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling is a plus - Knowledge of the market and industry trends Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
