Metal band looking for female guitarist, bassist, and vocalist (Valparaiso)

Hello.
I am looking to start an all girl metal band that would write original music.
I want to create a sound that is metal but forms organically as the band members write together.
It would probably be most like progressive metal or nu-metal.
Looking for female musicians ages 24-36, with any amount of experience playing instruments.
Looking for guitar, bass and vocals.
Being local is not strictly necessary.
My goals for creating this band are to make songs, enjoy the process, and connect with people who love metal music.
Also to play local shows until the band members move on to something else; or (depending on how it goes) to become professional, have a record label, and tour.
