Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Day shift 7am to 3:30pm Ft, 3pmto11pm FT,11pm to 7am Ft
Our healthcare facility is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team.
As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, providing basic medical care to our patients.
Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring patients' health, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the registered nurse or physician
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Collect samples for lab testing and prepare them for transportation
- Keep accurate medical records and document patients' progress
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and treatments
- Adhere to all healthcare laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of employment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills
- Physical ability to lift, move, and assist patients as needed
