What You'll Do:
Spearhead the management and implementation of Human Resources Policies, Procedures, Guidelines, and Tools for your designated mill.
Collaborate with the Vice President of Human Resources to tailor organizational HR policies to the mill's specific context, ensuring they're both adequate and well-understood by staff.
Conduct on-site employee training, facilitating the development and execution of suitable HR management responses, including plans and Standard Operating Procedures that align with our policy and standards.
Offer expert HR advice across all levels of company staff, leading the overall HR functions such as workforce planning, recruitment, staff administration management, and more for your designated mills.
Participate in departmental activities, aiming for continuous education, engagement in annual conferences, and research activities.
What It Takes to Succeed:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not mandatory; 5+ years in Human Resources Management essential.
HR Professional Certification (SPHR) or SHRM-SPC is a plus.
Multi-site HR management experience is highly regarded.
Exceptional communication skills and professional presence.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures, with a generalist background.
Proficient with MS Office and experience with HRIS, preferably Ceridian Dayforce.
