Full-time Human Resources Manager

Grossnickle Eye Center, Inc.
has an opening for a full-time Human Resources Manager at its Warsaw office location.
Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in HR or extensive prior experience.
Degree in other business related field considered.
General knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
Excellent organizational abilities.
Advanced computer skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities include: All aspects of hiring, including posting career positions, coordination of interviews, reference checks, offers of employment, background checks, new hire orientation, benefit enrollments, and annual benefit open enrollments.
Coordinating and administering employee benefit programs.
Assisting administration with employee matters.
Helping with employee payroll as needed.
Some travel required between office locations.
Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
No weekends or holidays and a competitive benefits package.
