The Operations Manager should be a high-energy professional who is proactive and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to think and plan strategically.
Ideally, you have experience in the different facets critical in small business: sales, marketing, administration, operations and people leadership.
*Key responsibilities of this position will include (but not be limited to):*
* Supervising a team of 8-10 employees and motivating them to achieve their goals that you have set
* Joining our Truck Team up to 75% of the time in the field by completing jobs, performing daily field evaluations and coaching team members all while maintaining and demonstrating award winning customer service skills
* Ensuring high-quality execution for all jobs; monitoring post-job satisfaction of customers and proactively addressing any issues that arise
* Maintaining all information related to sales, estimates, and other operational details to ensure all details are accurate and up-to-date
* Performing office responsibilities including the purchasing of supplies and maintaining an organized workspace.
* Completion of administrative tasks including payroll and payroll expense, invoicing, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
* Completion of staffing tasks including interviewing, training and staff scheduling.
* Reliable communication with other members of leadership and with staff
*To qualify, candidates must possess:*
* A valid standard driver's license & good driving record
* 2+ year of operations management experience overseeing similar duties as outlined above
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills
* A great attitude and strong multi-tasking, time management skills
* Ability to lift 75 pounds consistently
* A passion for professional growth and development
*Compensation and Benefits: *
* $45,000 - $55,000 depending on experience
