Landscape Crew Leader

Responsibilities: - Supervise a crew of landscape maintenance workers - Plan and prioritize daily tasks for the crew - Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging - Irrigate lawns and gardens as needed - Provide tree care including pruning and removal - Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment and tools - Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures - Coordinate with clients to address any concerns or special requests - Assist with groundskeeping duties as needed - Participate in the construction of landscape features Skills: - Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team - Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and best practices - Experience in tree care and pruning - Proficiency in lawn care and garden maintenance - Ability to operate and maintain landscape equipment and tools - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members - Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship - Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
