*This position is for an Experienced Care Provider.

My dad had passed away from mesothelioma and he went fast.
It was a bad experience for my family.
I learned how little we knew about care and a family member dying of mesothelioma.
Lori and I knew we had to start helping people and we started our business.

*Who are you?* You are an experienced LEAD Care Provider who also is very comfortable in an office setting.
The hybrid is providing assistance in the field, starting a new client, helping in the office, and being able to fill in as needed.
You are someone always looking for ways to save time, lend a helping hand, or improve someone's day.
You find yourself straightening crooked items in stores and picking up the tiny bits of trash on the floor rather than just walking past.
Helping people feeds your soul, and you have a naturally sunny disposition.
You have a degree in “Google University”, meaning you know how to problem solve on your own rather than depending on others to give you the answer.
You thrive in a bit of chaos but obviously prefer order and organization, you love, love, love, and I cannot stress this enough, you love finding answers and solutions on the fly and improvising and are very PR conscious.
You are the bomb at listening and making others feel at ease.
The important details: _- Work hours and schedule are flexible but will grow to full-time rapidly based on your learning curve and skills.

There is a base salary of $13-17/hr based on experience, plus the opportunity for bonuses.
