Center Director

If you share this mission, then we want you on our team! The Center Director is responsible for the overall success of the Center operations and staff under their oversight.
This position reports to an Area Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES Assists in the enrollment of new students Addresses parent questions and concerns Gives tours of the center Designs and distributes relevant center communications Assists in Accounts Receivable management Assists in controlling monthly expenses Responsible for hiring, training and developing staff Supports the teaching staff and is available to assist or substitute in a classroom Assists with proper staff coverage, including staff and substitute scheduling Participates in the Call-In list for teachers Transports children as needed Maintains center records Maintains the Front Office areas and orders office supplies Performs oversight activities, such as reviewing cleaning checklists, etc.
Performs other duties as assigned Maintains Paths to Quality Level 4 Maintains NECPA Accreditation Maintains Indiana Licensing Standards Attends management and community meetings as requested.
