Maintenance Supervisor

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our facility located in North Liberty, IN, 46554.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance activities of our facility to ensure optimal functionality and safety.

Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily maintenance operations of the facility Assign tasks and prioritize work orders to maintenance staff Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Perform regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment maintenance logs Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services Train and develop maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency Respond to maintenance emergencies and resolve issues in a timely manner Qualifications Prior experience in a maintenance supervisory role Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and procedures Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Proficiency in using maintenance software and tools Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce them Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously High attention to detail and accuracy Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
