● Candidates must have 8 years of Executive Financial Leadership experience (so at least
Director level but preferably CFO experience) as well as 3 years of Healthcare is

● This is a fully onsite position (not remote work) and their time will be divided between
two locations so whichever office is closest to their home will be designated their home
office and they will get travel reimbursement for going onsite to the other location.

Position Information:
• Position Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
• Work hours and on-call hours required: salaried position so hours can fluctuate based upon need but average schedule is 8 – 4:30/5:00.
This position is over Crown Point and Michigan City and the 2023 projected Net Revenue is$880 million we are opening a new hospital in Crown Point and 2-3 large ambulatory locations and a new Cancer Center so the growth is significant and is well on their way to reaching a billion dollars.

Starting compensation begins at $250K and will increase based on candidate experience.
