The Texas Corral in Portage, Indiana is looking for a experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking to hire quality managers that can add knowledge and excitement to our management team.

Managers work 45-50 hours a week, with 2 days off.
We strive to give our guests a quality dining experience that excels in food quality, service, and cleanliness.
Our menu has a array of items specializing in Steaks, BBQ Ribs, Pork Chops, Fajitas, Seafood, Home-style favorites, Salads, Burgers, Sandwiches and much more.
We are looking for a candidate that interacts well with the guests, can solve guests complaints if they arise, give direction and work as a team player with the employees, follow and implement policies and procedures, control food cost and labor and be dependable with the drive to want to grow with us.
