Machinist Lead

Our customer in La Porte IN is looking for an experienced Machinist to come in and be in a lead type role.
Position responsibilities/requirements would include managing machines and machine processes, machine maintenance, GM code at the machine, MasterCAM experience, adjusting speeds and feeds, and overall they want someone taking over the machine shop as their own.
This is a lead position so the ideal candidate would also need to have solid communication skills and be motivated to train and coach teammates.
This is a direct hire, full time, position with competitive pay and benefits.
