Night Janitorial Supervisor

Club Clean is seeking people like YOU to join our evening cleaning crew! We have both part time and full time positions available.

Supervisor duties & responsibilities -Clean for our clients according to the Club Clean standard.
-Train new team members.
-Interview applicants.
-Inventory in janitorial closets.
-Audit locations.
-Assist manager with other tasks as needed.
OUTCOME: * At least 3 of positive reviews and no more than 2 customer complaints per quarter * Cleaning Times at or below par * e.

if the cleaning time budget is 2 hours for a specific location the cleaning must be completed in 2 hours or less RULES: Leave it better than you found it Focus Help Out Bring home the bacon Dream, do, & grow BIG The perfect candidate would be: -An excellent communicator -Flexible, can work well with last minute change -Have the capability to lead a team well -A problem solver -Have a minimum of 2 years supervisory/management experience You may not be a good fit if: -You don't like to roll up your sleeves & work with the crew -If you don't function well at night -If you only see problems & no solutions -If you can not stay calm during stressful situations.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
