Director of Finance-Nonprofit

Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Finance to join our team.
The ideal candidate will oversee all financial aspects of our organization, ensuring financial health and stability.
Duties: - Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with company goals - Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes - Oversee accounting functions including accounts payable, account analysis, and cash flow analysis - Interpret financial reports and provide insights to executive management - Lead treasury management activities to optimize cash flow - Drive business development initiatives to support financial growth - Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements - Analyze investment opportunities and recommend strategies - Implement accrual accounting practices for accurate financial reporting Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred - Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data - Proficiency in treasury management and cash flow optimization - Experience in business development and strategic planning - Familiarity with GAAP standards and account analysis techniques This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled finance professional to lead our organization's financial operations to success.
