WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Monitor employees’ performance with the use of standard key performance indicators.
Document system issues while assisting in the development of system improvements.
Maintain all HIPAA compliance standards for providing accurate information for Revenue Cycle Health Systems.
Plan, coordinate, and prepare reports as they relate to Revenue Cycle Management.
Anticipate scheduling needs while maintaining adequate staffing for efficient operations.
Monitor productivity standards while integrating individuals work into a team effort.
Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and directives from regulatory agencies and third party payers.
Hours: 730a-4p but can change depending on the department needs.
Supervisor for infusion areas - Woodland, both Munster, Michigan City, Chesterton, Crown Point.
Qualifications
Preferred Associate's Degree
Preferred Bachelor's Degree
3 years Revenue Cycle Required
5 years Revenue Cycle Preferred
1 year Hospital/Physician Office related Required.
1 year Leadership Preferred
