We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Boarding and Daycare Facility.
As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our facility.
This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of boarding and daycare operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all administrative and kennel staff members
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize efficiency
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and revenue cycle management
- Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, staff, and vendors
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the dog boarding and daycare settings
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
