*Job Overview:* We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our growing team! As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to analyze market trends and negotiate effectively.
Your primary focus as a member of our team will be the recruitment and hiring of healthcare professionals.
You will eventually begin to form relationships with our clients and the area referral sources to identify their personnel needs and effectively place the candidates you have recruited into the field.

*Responsibilities:* - Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients - Identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales growth - Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, employment agencies, other recruiters, media, internet sites and check resources frequently.
- Maintain current awareness of the open positions for field staff in collaboration with Operations Manager, Care Manager and scheduling department.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery - Provide technical sales support to clients, offering expertise on our products or services - Communicate regularly with clients to address any concerns or issues that may arise - Conduct warm calling campaigns to generate leads and expand client base *Experience:* - Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a Relationship Manager or similar position - Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets - Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth - Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively - Experience in technical sales or technology sales is highly desirable - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills *Our Benefits* * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401K * PTO * Paid Holidays * Office Outings * Environment which fosters career opportunities and growth.
