2nd Shift Supervisor

in Rochester, Indiana is looking for an experienced Plant Production Supervisor to help lead our 2nd shift.
This supervisor position would be hands on in our growing staff of employees.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to: * Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards * Control and monitor overall plant performance * Provide leadership to accomplish company goals and objectives * Provide direction, development, and leadership to production staff * Provide hands-on assistance to production lines * Maintain inventory of product to meet company goals Hours are Monday-Thursday 4pm to 4am.
