Reports To: Career & Tech Ed Coordinator
Work Schedule: Grant period only, Monday through Thursday (times vary)
Education Required Level: High School diploma or equivalent
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Allow access during the day for CTE students, Adult Education, Robotics, Ivy Tech, and Purdue classes
Assist with enrolling new Adult Education students
Screen those who are entering the facility utilizing the Raptor System
Direct visitors to their destination
Be able to answer questions about programs
Assist with mailings
Report any issues to the administration
Use of student management system and phone system
Distributing tardy and early dismissal documentation for students
Other tasks and paperwork as needed by the building administrator
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer skills

Payment Type: Hourly rate (commensurate with experience)
