Principal Duties and Responsibilities The IT Lead Analyst oversees regional or local projects, solutions and/or processes of medium-to-high complexity; participate actively on committees representing inter/intra IT organizations; identify, quantify, and prioritize solutions to address business and technical issues; influence and negotiate to achieve business strategy and deliver results to internal/external partners; function as a leader and subject matter expert in one or more of the following capacities: technical, project management or industry; drive analysis, documenting and assisting in defining the functional and technical requirements of the SAP PI/PO & ABAP application and support configuration changes to packaged software applications to meet business process and integration requirements; and design and develop interfaces between SAP IBP, Business Partners, BI/BW system, and other systems using SAP CPI, SAP PI/PO.
Education/Experience Requirements Requires a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, an Engineering field, or related field, or foreign equivalent.
• Must have 5 years of experience in the position offered or related.
• Must have 5 years of experience in Data Integration, ETL development, integrating SAP & non-SAP applications.
• Must have 5 years of experience in troubleshooting, analyzing complex problems and challenges with SAP & other ETL, integration technologies.
• Must have 5 years of professional experience in performing tasks like Requirement Analysis, Solution Design, Configuration, Deployment and Technical Leadership in IT projects related to • Data Integration, data migration using tools like SAP PI/PO, Informatica.
• Must have 3 years of experience in SAP PI/PO with data mapping, data transformation using connectivity adapters for File, JDBC, ODBC, XMLs, IDocs, ABAP RFC, SOAP, etc.
Must have 1 year of experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) with SAP IBP, SAP HANA (BI) & non-SAP applications.
Travel Requirements Up to 20% travel required (domestic).
