Job Title: Regional Warehouse Supervisor

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee LOA Warehouse operations within the designated region
Supervise, plan and direct all human and material resources at the warehouses
Plan and direct the receiving, issuing, transfers and storage of all materials and supplies at assigned locations
Assist in managing the inventory levels of the warehouses
Oversee regional O&M budget for the warehouses
Plan and schedule work to be performed in the warehouses
Evaluate warehouse employee performance
Expedite delivery of materials to crews in emergency situations
Supervise warehouse equipment maintenance
Direct the disposal of hazardous materials
Supervise cycle counts on predetermined inventory schedule
Provide input on inventory levels to meet operational needs
Monitor inventory and identify obsolete and excess materials
Maintain strong relationships with all customers
Maintain and promote a safe working environment
**Onsite 100%, schedule: 7am-3:30pm with rotating standby schedule
Required Qualifications for Position
Minimum HS Diploma required
Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years equivalent experience
Corporate Supply Chain Policies & Procedures, Inventory Planning, Materials Management
Working knowledge of principals of Budgeting, Labor Union Agreements, Materials Standards
Travel is required between locations listed and can set your own schedule (Monticello IN, Kokomo IN, LaPorte IN, Peru IN, Valparaiso IN)
Ability to work outside of normal schedule

Salary Range:
$77,400.
00 - $116,200.
