Manages day-to-day operations of assigned area including staffing, scheduling patients, managing supplies to assure effective and efficient results.
Monitors productivity and budget parameters.
Assists in selection, development and corrective actions of staff to maintain competence and high level of patient care.
Assists director in the development of new programs.
Position Requirements: Education: Degree from accredited Program for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, or Recreation Therapy.
Licensure: Maintains licensing requirements for appropriate discipline in the state of Indiana.
CPR certification.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience resulting in a well established clinical background.
2 years of supervision experience preferred.
