The Activity Therapy Manager functions as an active part of the treatment team, providing training and education for all patient populations in leisure development and role modeling to our patients.
The Activity Therapy Manager is responsible for the following:
Plans and implements activity services for our inpatient and residential services
Ensures programs meet the needs of our inpatient and residential services.
Demonstrates responsibility for the performance goals, objectives and regulatory standards of the department.
Assist patient with activities as needed.
Practice universal precautions and environment safety guidelines.

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in Activity Therapy, Humanities, Social Work or related therapeutic discipline.
Must be a Certified Therapeutic Recreational Specialist (CTRS).
Minimum of one year management experience preferred.
Experience working with children and adolescents a plus.
May be required to work overtime and flexible hours.
