Assistant Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures - Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained - Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support - Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner - Implement and enforce company policies and procedures - Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment - Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall business objectives Requirements: - Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary practices is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary or hospitality degree is a plus We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
