Life Strategies is seeking a Full-Time Client Account Specialist to work 40 hours per week.
This position will report to the Chesterton office with the potential to offer a both remote and in office as needed and approved.
Candidates with customer service experience and/or experience in administration, billing, and therapy office setting is preferred but not required.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Client Account Specialist who enjoys working as a team and independently to assist with customer support, claim/account reconciling, denial follow up, benefit verification, and billing.
On the job training is offered! Seeking individual who is motivated, has problem solving skills, hard working, strong communication skills, and customer service skills.
