Sales and Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues - Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to assist bilingual customers - Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities - Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions through data entry - Follow phone etiquette guidelines to ensure professional and courteous communication Requirements: - Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred - Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Proficient in data entry for maintaining accurate records - Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to upsell products or services Note: This job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change or modification at any time.
