Mid-West Spring and Stamping (MWS) is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Mentone Indiana manufacturing plant.
This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate.
We’re looking for a positive, energetic, people-person who will put our Core Values into practice.
As Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Customer Service Team.
The ideal candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks and pay close attention to detail.
Responsibilities include processing RFQ’s, orders, forms and customer requests.
Excellent interpersonal and phone skills are a must, and very good computer skills are desirable.
This position communicates and coordinates with internal departments to successfully manage customer accounts.

· Proactively builds and maintains positive working relationships with customers and coworkers · Balance daily tasks, including RFQs, orders and timely communication with customers · Resolve queries on order statuses · Proactively contact customers to advise of late shipments · Handle data entry and general clerical tasks · The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all encompassing.
Other duties, responsibilities and qualifications may be required and /or assigned as necessary *Preferred Qualifications and Experience* · High school diploma · Prior experience in customer service will be highly valued · Strong analytical skills with critical attention to detail · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Ability to organize, prioritize work load and complete assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner · Proficient in MS Office applications and general computer skills · Proactively builds and maintains positive working relationships with customers and coworkers · Self-starter who is an adaptable team player and capable of multi-tasking with little supervision Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.
