*Responsibilities*
* Handling guest inquiries, explaining menu items, assisting delivery drivers with information about their pick up
* Using an iPad to take orders in-store and over the phone
* Verbally acknowledging guests as they enter and leave
* Accepting payments and providing change correctly
* Cleaning/sanitizing the guest area
* Managing incoming orders using our online portal
* Resolving guest concerns without escalating
* Identifying and correctly bagging orders or delivering dine-in orders to our guests
* Stocking guest areas
* Anticipating guests needs and providing the best experience possible to every patron
* Following a sanitation schedule to ensure the safest environment for your team and guests
*Cash handling | customer service | restaurant experience is a plus but not required, we're looking for a great personality not a skill set.
