Courts of Colfax is located in Warsaw and we are located near many things for your convenience.
Courts of Colfax is a community for residents that are ages 55 or over.
We have only 1-bedroom apartments located on 2 floors, we have an elevator for ease of access, and every unit has a patio or balcony.
We have 4 laundry rooms, a beauty salon (by appointment only), computer room, indoor mailboxes and a community room with kitchen for use of all residents.
We also allow pets (fees included).
We are an income restricted property so we have income caps that cannot be exceeded, and you are required to gross per month 2.
5 times whatever the rent price is that you qualify for.
We also do accept the section 8 housing voucher as well.
We currently have a few units available.
Again, we only have 1 bedrooms here.
The units I have available rent for $800 per month.
Your gross monthly income would need to be about $2,000.
(unless you have the housing voucher and then your income can be less, but housing would have to approve you at this rental rate.
) And your income cannot exceed $42,360.

The 1 bedrooms I have now, again rent for $800 per month and include water, trash, sewer and you pay only electric.
If you sign a lease before Jan.
