Position summary: Accurately and timely reporting of store level transaction data.
Safeguarding company assets and policies.
A/P A/R and cross-train for pricebook.

Role Qualifications: Associate Degree in accounting or equivalent accounting experience.
Position Responsibilities:
Builds Relationships with all store level and office personnel.
Promotes Living Brand
Serves as Product Brand Advocate
Adheres to company approved accounting procedures
Safeguard all assets
Possesses the ability to operate computerized accounting systems
Performs daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reconciliation of data and accounts
Monitors store-level compliance with accounting policy and procedures
Ensures vending deposits are accurate and timely
Verifies daily deposits are completed per policy
Ensures all supporting paperwork documents have been scanned into Laserfiche
Accepts other duties assigned by the Senior Accounting Assistant or the Controller.

Must be available to work at least half of assigned hours while the store managers are working
Nonessential Skills and Experience:
2-4 year college degree
previous retail experience
Microsoft Office experience including proficiency in EXCEL

Physical demands and work environment:
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit for prolonged periods; work longer than eight (8) hour shifts, work at a computer for 8 hours, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch; talk and hear; taste and smell.
Must be able to type for prolonged periods.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
Work Environment: Must have flexibility, all days of the week, when necessary.
Must be able to work from home or office and communicate proficiently by electronic means.
